It should be in the same folder as the TechSupport file?

From the TechSupport file, there's not much in there, so hard to tell what's going on. Personally, I would suggest uninstalling Skyline and reinstalling.

1) Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling?
2) If so, please can you post your Skyline_TechSupport.txt & Skyline.log files which can be found in the "C:\Aurasoft UK\Skyline Game Engine - Beta\Bin\Win64" folder. Assuming you've installed to the default location, of course ;) and I'll see if I can spot anything obvious.
