Downloads currently shows its subforums, but Community doesn't. I think it would be good for it to be consistent.

Not sure that putting the others to top level would be good as this was the way it used to be and we had a lot of page scrolling to see if there had been new topics/posts. But if that is the will of the community, who are we to argue and it shall be returned to top level ;)
