This is the starting point to make teleports for your player, it is a simple move the player to x,y,z and no fancy particles to go oooo ahhh at lol..

The tall cube is the destination point of the teleportation, move this cube where you want your player to end up on your scene/level.

Once it is in place and your happy with it then set then destination visibility to disabled (unchecked tick box) this will then hide it from the player.
