Even so, if I'd removed the old version and deleted all the folders I'd found (stated above), where did the new install get this information from to include these in the recent files to begin with?

To stop idle overheat you will need to lock you frame rate. with no load skyline can hit very hight fps so from the scenes properties locate the fps lock and enable.

As mentioned this version has no auto update will be introduced in next patches.

When changing scale of objects with physics attached you may need to turn off the physic and then reenabe.

However, when I run the newly installed Skyline, I see a list of old "Recent Files" on the left-hand side with no screen shots. Of course, attempting to run any of them results in a crash (probably because they don't actually exist).

So, where did Skyline grab this information from? I had deleted the installation directory on C:, removed the references I had found in my Documents folder (I had found two, one for Aurasoft and an old one for Skyline). Is there somewhere else that Skyline was saving stuff? I'd like the Recent Files area clear, but I can't see any way to do it.

Also, the previous "Pro" version I was "entitled" to had a lot of extras that this version does not seem to have. I take it that these extras will come down the line as Skyline v2 approaches a final release?

VCRedist for vs2017 x86 & x64, this should be all.
OpenAL for audio is installed with the installer, if not then you can find an installer at "C:\Aurasoft UK\Skyline Game Engine - Beta\Bin\Data\Template\Skyline_End_Game\Dependencies". Please be aware that this is an old template folder and is not used for v2.0, but the oalinst.exe is correct.

There is a error for some users where it wont boot due to a probe issue, possibly to do with the compute shaders which we are working on still.
Please could you send me the Skyline_TechSupport.txt and the skyline.log from the Win64 folder.
Also note, that the win32 version supplied wont work and only 64 bit will. these will be removed over time.
