Have you restarted your computer? this may help.
It means that some of the software that Skyline needs to run has not been installed correctly, I always restart the computer after installing software in case it requires other drivers, etc to be loaded in to the windows environment before running.

Tf the problem persists then download and install from here


I this does not sort it out let us know and we will advise you further.

What operating system are you running?
