Support finally gave me the fix that worked
All i had to do was uninstall my newest phys x and replace it with the older one here as stated in the support email:For reference, here are the dependencies required.

When you try to load a the default (new) scene the scene loads, again proving that the directx connection is working but, when you press the play button Skyline activates the physx physics system and thus crashes as the physx is not present.
I would try to install the physx that came with Skyline and see how that goes. I know there are many users who have the latest physx and also run Skyline fine.
Is there anyone elses out there in cyberspace with a similar related Skyline issue?

it was a no go as you can see..it says the Skyline editor is not compatable ! I thought this works on windows 7 ? it used to work on this computer with windows 7 (same OS and system) before these autoupdates

i just tried going to new scene clicked on that and it loaded the new blank scene and then i press play and it crashes
Now i notice it says skyline editor V0-7-1 on the desktop shortcut. Are those the right numbers ? I thought it was suppose to be 0-7-5
Now i just tried it again. I click on the shortcut on desktop and it takes the usual 30 sec or so to load up the editor with the little windows flashing up as they load and then all is well with a blank scene. Now i press the play button as you said i should and it crashes again ! Wonder what is going on

1) When Skyline loads and prior to loading a scene does all look well?
2) With no scene loaded press the play button, what happens?
3) can you click the new scene tool button, does the default scene load ok?
4) again press the play button, is it still ok?
