By any chance, did you load the level directly after the update reopened skyline. If so, you could be experiencing the same issue as Tattie, that when the resources are created and editor runs.. it can encounter resource errors. Very strange and probably very bad as that would account for all first time uses of skyline lol
Can you try loading the level again.

Sorry to hear about this.. another user in pm has had problems with a scene file, so i will be checking that out and can look at your scene also at the same time and see if we can find a problem and get it working... it might be tomorrow as we are chillin tonite

Tried to re-load Skyline and it crashed, ran with administrators and still crashed, went to directory where its installed looked at the log files and nothing jumps out, tried running it from the directory with administrators and still crashed..
