You can create High Resolution images from Photographs for free, I thought I would put this here because I saw in another thread a listed paid for software that is mega expensive and found a free way of doing the same..
After you have created the model then retopologise it in your favorite 3d editing software and create a low poly mesh for use in your games.
2 ways of making models from photos for FREE:
