Hi! :)
physics.setPosition() seems not working for the trigger...

we don't use that command for trigger boxes. Try these:

Code: Select all
physics.setTriggerPosition(bodyID, x,y,z);
physics.setTriggerOrientation(bodyID, w,x,y,z);

function onTrigger_Enter(hitID) does not detect objects, if they don't move?

that is because they are deactivated after a few seconds of not moving or contacting anything else.

Maybes try:

physics.setActive(bodyID)

have you tried activating the object that doesn't move, instead of the trigger box?

the object is detected if only to touch him. physics.setActive(bodyID) does not help.

oh sorry, you need to set the state.

physics.setActive(bodyID, state)  -- state is 1 for active, 0 for inactive.

Okay, I used physics.setActive (bodyID, 1). It changes nothing.. :)
