water effects

water effects

I see that the water effects supplied are of flowing water. It would be nice to have some still water that showed reflections of sky and surrounding trees.

Thanks for todays patch update.

You can create your own material and apply it to a plane as that is all the current water is doing.
You can find the water materials in "System Library/Materials/Water", Copy some of them to your asset library and then apply and edit them or create a new one from scratch. You can also change the settings on the water action to change the waves and swells that are applied.

Hope this helps :D
