Just looking for a place to call home....
This is exactly what we are wanting out of the community and we won't tolerate any bashing. Constructive criticism is sometimes good if done in the right way but we want to have a peaceful and creative community that are willing to help others even on the smallest of problems.
A few of the things i see on forums is that a new user comes in looking for a get go or support for a common topic and people tend to say, use google or search the forum and can be very rude. Instead why can't someone post a link to a topic and be nice. Then there are those that have to say something just to get their name in the thread.
lol i remember the first time i posted a question in leadwerks and instantly got bashed for no other reason other than i was the new guy.
yes exactly.
So far, I find the engine itself to be very capable...The Development team has done a great job...I am hoping that you keep going with it
Thank you, we are a bit stubborn and won't let anything stop us from developing skyline

One of my main wants in a game engine is stability
If you find any bugs, let us know and we will see what we can do. If it is a simple task to implement, then it will most likely go in straight away but some tasks have too be worked in around the larger tasks we are currently tackling at that time.
Skyline has become very stable over the years as users such as @Shando and @antON will tell you. We will continue to develop skyline to become an easy game making toolset that can make unique games. Just bear in mind that we only became public Beta at the start of this year and were in private testing before that

We look forward to seeing your projects and games you make on skyline.
Note: We are currently rewriting the material system and creating an easy asset import pipeline for the engine as the current one (...however it is still quick...) is now becoming instant to have usable assets

I hope that whatever your decision over skyline is that you will stay and hopefully find a home here in our community and forums
