I'm curious about Aurasoft as I've been highly impressed with Skyline so far. (Its shaping up to be an improvement over other indie engines IMHO.)
How big/small is Aurasoft? How likely is it to succeed and reach full release? And if so when is Skyline likely to be released?
Cheers

Hi Christian Welcome to the forums :D

Its always great to recieve feedback from users.
Thank you :)

I'll try to answer your questions:
How big/small is Aurasoft?

We are a small 2 man team (father & son) home-based, independent game development studio started in 2009 based in the UK with an aim to release quality games/technology on most modern platforms.
We have worked with many of the top game engines such as Gamebryo lightspeed, Havok Vision(plus most of the smaller engines; DxStudio, Torque3d ); as well written Technical documentation/ Tech demos for these engines, most notably the Havok Vision Engines artist Manual.

How likely is it to succeed and reach full release?

Very Likely, We are taking Skyline all the way and have no plans at giving up.

And if so when is Skyline likely to be released?

We hope for a full release within the next 10-12 months.

Hope this helps :D

I want to at once. That is, if you for any reason cease to develop the engine? Will you sources?

We will make Skyline Succeed!, we are too passionate, stubon and a little obsessive over the Skyline project lol

Seriously though, Skyline will get to its initial release. Then if we can get a strong supporting community we will take Skyline as far as it can go. :D
