Calculate Normals

This would be a great addition to Skyline and well i sort of need it as do many others i guess also leadwerks uses it as well as a few other engines.

This is something that has bugged us for a while.
Our plan was to build a normal editing tool into the mesh editor as well as implementing an auto calculate normal.
A lot of the model packs we have purchased have required this work to be done in the modelling package.
