Ability to play Video's

The ability to play videos would make it easier for users to:

Make video splash screens.
Make cut-scenes

I am sure people can think of more benefits for been able to play movies..

it is already on the board to do as we have had many requests, we just have to find the time to do it. We do want it ourselves though.

It would also be nice to have an in engine render to video for easy creation of cutscenes.

that would be a nice addition, would be able to do security camers displaying on monitors in game also...

If we opened up the "Render To Texture(RTT)" options and allowed you to feed a camera viewport to a texture, then you would be able to have a realtime security camera lol
