The ability to select a folder in the entity list and it will select all meshes in that folder or even click the first mesh hold shift click the last mesh and it will select them all. The way it is just now is slow and when you have to click 1 by 1 and some times freezes when you do that.

yes, i know what you mean. The list code needs a slight rewrite to be more effecient.
We will have to start a new bug list like the one liam made before.

that would be cool, I could highlight my road system that way for baking to single mess etc :)

Also if possible when you shift copy a entity make it go outside the folder it was in for example say you are copying 15-20 meshes shift copy they all end up in the same folder and you need to look for them by clicking ;)

This needs to be an editor setting as we find it quite convenient. For example, if you are copying many trees, i like to keep them in the same folder instead of dragging them each time.

But if it is a editor setting, then we can have both workflows :)
