This is always something we see lol

A new user always brings a new workflow with them and this in turn shows up the faults in one side of the engine. The users we have been working with so far have been very helpful in stabilising their workflows and skyline is all about doing it your way. So we welcome these bugs to be fixed

As for exceptions etc.. there are many exceptions caught that throw error messages, but these bugs you are getting are obviosuly outside them.
A common thing we ask users is to try and write down a way of reproducing the bug so we can see it on our side which then gets fixed more quickly. Many users record non spoken videos and just the workflow they have used to show how they crashed the engine. This helps us a lot. Also the "Skyline.log" and "Skyline_TechSupport.txt" files help sometimes as they show render crashes, material crashes or memory errors.
