Since this engine is meant for indie developers, I feel there should be form of visual scripting similar to the Unreal Kismet. This would allow simple events To be created quickly and easily, and could even simplify features like branching dialog and several one time events.

Hi and Welcome to the forums AcePharoh :D

I think we still need to build up our lua scripting language before we can even think about a node based editor.
There are many commands and library types that require implementing before we can advance or develop two systems at once.

Sounds good just as long as it's planned I'll be fine. We could get lot of people to choose this engine with one.

We have had a few discussions about visual scripting and we will definitely be adding a system to Skyline but can not promise on how long it will take as there are still a few more areas to be completed first, but it will happen ;)
