Returning Color depth in LUA

I can see functions in the Screen module for returning the X and Y resolution of the screen, I was thinking that when there's the ability to set the screen resolution it would also be handy to be able to set the color depth - which suggests a corresponding function to return the current color depth.

What about a refresh rate get/set function?

Also a windowed/fullscreen mode get/set?

all good ideas that can be added at some point.

Also a windowed/fullscreen mode get/set?

The fullscreen settings will be added for the end player options menu.

We do have a vsync system that runs in the end player already, but adding lua commands wouldn't be too hard
