Not recognising my serial or license properly

Hi, Upgraded to windows 10 and when I tried to upgrade to the new build, Skyline wouldn't have any of it. I think i got rid of most of the old skyline and done a clean install but when going to activate it again its saying the license cannot be located or matched against my laptop. Tried to input my serial and email again but still not letting me activate it.

IS there anyway for me to deactivate my license and then activate it again. Im probably asking something that'a already been brought up.

Edit: We were going to build a deactivation system in the store, but have not found time to do it yet. But its also easy to reset these licenses

Pm'd you, solar, and thanks. Yeah, a deactivator would be good then it lets us do it ourselves if we run into any of these problems again and saves you time from doing it.
