Unable to authorise install on new machine.

Hi Folks,
Thought it time to retire my ageing old machine and invested in a newer model, finally got around to installing SGE on it but appear to be having problems registering/authorising the installation. I wasn't aware SGE was node locked to the Machine ? I keep receiving the error "The license cannot be located or matched against this computer" or words to that effect.

congrats on the new setup at this time skyline is locked to x2 pc's I believe but the devs are cool about resetting your activation codes, like me for example I format my pc every other day it feels like just drop them a message and they will reset it or they will see this tomorrow and do it for you.

I have reset your license and also sent you a pm

Skyline is locked to the machine hardware to stop anyone else using your license key and too stop pirating of the software. In time, we may or may not change the way licenses will be handled especially once steam comes around for SGE
