License on Another Computer [SOLVED]

I am trying to activate my second license on another laptop of mine. It's has an Intel HD 4000 and I am hoping Skyline works on it. If it does I am going to bring it to work so I can mess around with Skyline during my lunch time (my main laptop is just to big for lugging around.) Anyways, it doesn't allow me to activate it on this computer. What i think might have happened is my other computer, for some reason, required me to reactivate once. I have no idea why because there were no updates and had already been successfully activated before. Anyways, your help is appreciated.
