Just wanting to keep you all informed with whats happening.
- The undo system is now working with multi editing of properties, adding/deleting entities, adding/removing action & adding/removing external scripts.
- The old particle entity have been depreciated now as it does not fit into the workflow anymore plus it contains too many errors. We have built an upgrader which will rewrite the particle entity buffer into an empty node with the Sky Particle action. This auto sets the filename to the particle file.
- StarFire is working on bringing connectivity between modules and scripts which makes them even usable and it means games can also use scripting and modules at the same time rather than 1 or the other as it seemed to be before. Also many module bugs have been removed and more modules added. Plus much more to come lol
What needs to be also done is perhaps a redo and there are a few bugs in the sky Particle action that need ironed out.
The Empty node is currently not able to be duplicated, so this is a must to fix and it would also be nice if the sky particle action added an icon, as using emitters for a particle effect is a bit overkill lol This is so we can use the empty node as much as the other entities
Once this is complete, i will then focus on getting the material baking option back into the engine as this is stopping a couple of users. After that, it is continuing on fixing the remaining bugs and get the terrain system up and running again
