Bug Description:
I am receiving shadows on transparent objects using the alpha blend the option for cast and receive are both off but the object still receives shadows
EDIT in fact receive does not work on anything so does not need to be alpha
Steps to reproduce:
Use a transparent texture on a block alpha blend it turn cast and receive off place another block down and it will cast a shadow on to it
