Vegetation paint don't work

can you elaborate more as "vegetation paint dont work" is not enough to help you with your issue.
What are you doing in the veg editor for it to not work. Sometimes, the terrain editor tabs need switched back and forth to reactivate the brush and make sure you select the vegetation to paint and click the paint button in the top left.

I follow tutorial, , tab vegetation, add new billboard , also tested with different textures, but nothings appears.
Only tab vegetation models works.
Test it yourself.

Tested 07/12/2016 still works as it should we would need more information or a video to show what steps you have taken to try and replicate this.
