I do believe I did everything that was suppose to be done, in 0.9.0 they didn't do that when I dragged them in.

I would recommend when changing the scale of an animated model to use the mesh editor this will allow you to combine they animations as well so its all one model.

What I usually do is prepare the folder not using the scale option
drag the model to the scene
open the mesh editor add the animated model change the size and save.

Edit: yes, they are out of whack because you have scaled when preparing. Like Tattie says, it is best to scale after the prepare.

Well the issue is I tried without scaling as well and still same issue. What I am trying to do is add my 3 fbx files each with one animation, get them in engine then combine them together to make it have one player with 3 animations to later make the player controller for it.

Are the animations at a different unit scale to the main mesh?
