These errors related to materials and shaders look like errors but actually aren't. Its due to the resource system changes we made a couple years back that ended up working on things after the renderer first calls for them. This doesnt happen on Gen2 as much anymore.
Just so you know, when we are happy with Gen2, it will be overwriting Gen1 as the public release. Its just best to use Gen1 if you need features that Gen2 currently doesnt have.
