I have also written a simple stand-alone converter for converting the Polyglot csv file to both JSON & XML.

The Polyglot project already has a converter, but this generates individual files for each language. My converter generates a single file containing ALL languages (2MB for JSON and 2.5MB for XML) which I believe will be easier to integrate by loading the whole lot into a Lua Table and then using normal Lua commands to get the translation, meaning you can have almost real time language changes
