Thanks guys.

It is mostly Skyline assets and materials, the only stuff i made was the "bar" and "dance" images for neons
It looks good because Skyline rendering is great :)

(With some Tone mapper and DOF it would look even better)

You can get more skyboxes from the game object panel or environment editor:
Clipboard Image.jpg
Clipboard Image.jpg (61.06 KiB) Viewed 12650 times

This does not change the scene reflectance image or IBL, however, you can add your own IBL images since they are just cubemaps (6 sided image)

Doing an exgerated stress test scene with 30 AAA game characters with animation and no LOD, no script.

Image

(You'll never make level design with so much characters at same time for a non rts game)

Image

It can crash the engine when you quit game mode, but still the engine handles pretty well this scene :
above 50 fps with game res : 2560* 1440 8-)

Image

Lighting is still great :D

Skyline can import Blender models whose animations are made using IK.

Blender 2.78, using manuelbastioni addon.
http://www.manuelbastioni.com/manuellab.php

Export from Blender, import in Skyline and playing animation works nice :)

if you set the lod bias on the scene settings panel to around 1 or 2, your performance should go up even more as skyline auto generates lods for added meshes.

Skyline can import Blender models whose animations are made using IK.

Thats good to know. Having support for as many mainstream formats is best and glad to see that the blender workflow is still working well. :)

Plus, yeah, lighting does look great :) Keep it up :)

It's not a format is a way animation are made in software, i don't know if Blender FBX export compiles the animation or exports IK data ?
Anyway, it's supported in Skyline when you import a model using IK.

ManuelbastioniLAB or MakeHuman are getting better each time and they are the best open source character generator.

Are the muscle modifiers also working?

The model is entirely rigged so yep, muscle and all is rigged.

The addon uses a great topolgy to get the best muscle deformation (http://www.manuelbastioni.com/gallery.php)

I think you mean Blened Shapes to allow additionnal vertex deformations ?
If Skyline will support morph targets, this will allow stuff like in game character generator or some Skyline character tool plugin.
Or any other usage morph targets allows.

Indeed, many other features are more important like prefabs, animation callback , terrain vegetation tools for example.
Morph target can wait
