Hi All,
Not sure how many of you would know who Sir Clive Sinclair was, but, as the father of home computing in the UK (he brought us the ZX80, ZX81 & ZX Spectrum in the early 1980s - the first really affordable home computers) he was the man behind many people's introduction to computers and coding. My first computer was a ZX81 with B&W graphics and 1KB of RAM and I learned to code in both BASIC and Z80 Assembler on it.
My love of programming and games was almost entirely derived from that simple machine and its successor, the ZX Spectrum, with its 8 colours and 16KB of RAM!
RIP Sir (Uncle, as he was also affectionately known) Clive Sinclair
Sorry for the downer of a post.
