Textures not always saving

Hi i am getting a problem now and again with the normal and spec textures when changing to advance or uber and loading the Normal texture or the spec texture i then save but the textures don't the boxes just go blank again i also sometimes have problems getting the alphareject to work some times the effect takes and sometimes it does not.

this is strange, usually the times we have these errors are because the .material file cannot be found to be saved back to.
It can be a resource error.

as for the alpha reject, this will be the same problem as the textures, and that the material is not being saved.

Q> Does the log in the bottom left show any errors of materials not saving?

Note: The next version of skyline has a fully upgraded log, that is infinite in length and messages can be color coded.

The other thing we have when we encounter this issue is a duplicate material name.

Skyline requires all assets to have a unique name so we usually prefix all our material with the mesh name, same with textures and all other forms of assets.

We do have a search feature for duplicate resources that is half finished. i will try and fit it in for the next release.
