V-Sync seems to be on all of the time now unlocking fps still locks at 60fps

yes, this time we have a proper vsync whereas the one before could create frame pops every second or so. This vsync will keep it smooth, but it should not be on if you don't want it. Adding to the list for the next release to fix

Thanks its handy to have while developing to see what sort of drops you get in some areas/models.

This has been put back to the older system now so should be fine in the next update
