Some good news for all of the users that already have the non-commercial license. We have decided that this license is pretty much useless these days so we are upgrading all of them to a commercial indie/hobby license which will allow you to earn up to £20,000 GBP per game which will be great for anyone starting out. The text on your license will be upgraded to reflect this new commercial upgrade agreement. We will make all of the necessary licenses changes over the next few weeks.

The forums should now be fully functioning with only a few spammers here and there. We have just installed a new block modification to the forum and bypassed the old forums errors. Lets hope this works.

Both me and StarFire will not be on the forums today as we have to go somewhere which is a long journey there and back. Will probably check in the forums at services though just to see what is happening.

Hey,

Part of the reason for lack of information and stuff happening is due to us slowing down for Christmas as we will be spending time with the family more as its going to be a hard time of year but we want to make the most of it.

Saying this though, we do have some updates to release to you and most of the time is spent on upgrading the renderer for skyline which is my main job atm. This means there is not a great deal of updates to the engine as we are basically working behind the scenes.

We are still around every day if you need us, but this year is mostly over now and plans for the following year are being made.
A blog will be written soon talking about this.

Hi all, we have just had a chimney fire and it has damaged a few bits of equipment. We are all Ok and have managed to save the computers with skyline, but they need a serious cleaning. We will be away from the forums until all cleaned again.... Yay! What luck...

Yes, we consider ourselves to be very lucky that we came out so well,. This sort of incident can really running lives but we were quick acting and stopped it minutes before it lost control. Yes equipment can be replaced. The pc's will be opened and cleaned out today to assess damage! Thanks for the support

As you guys know, we tend to slow down this time of year and take a couple weeks over the xmas holidays. So we are still working up til around the 16th and then our forum activity will drop, but we do have a few things we wish to complete before the holidays.

As usual, we will still be around for helping out, but over the xmas period, bugs and crashes probably wont be fixed, so if there are pressing issues that are stopping you from playing, then now is the time to get them noted and we can get it out for an xmas update

Just want to let you all know that we are running out of broadband data for this month which wont renew til the 16th of jan.
At the moment we have 200mb which if it goes then we have only browsing and emails and cant log in to any website.
Unfortunate but tis the way of satelite broadband and xbox one updating games at xmas lol

We will continue to develop, but if you do have problems then please email us at the "support or sales @ aurasoft-skyline.co.uk" addresses and if it works, then we shall respond lol

Wish we could get virgin, sky or BT up here we only have 1 fiber provider up here and 1 telecoms provider and there quite expensive.

it was a extra £10 from the 70mbps package to the 250PSmps so seemed silly not to... lol

yeah, I went from 35£ for 50mbs (100mbs free upgrade) and for +12£ got to "200mbs gamer" fibre optic broadband. all good no reason not like you say.

Just a quick note, that If your license is saying that the updates have expired, then please contact support as we are still in beta and your license can be reset to continue getting updates.

Same goes if you cannot activate because all your attempts are used up.
