full screen prob

Hi
When I run my scene in full screen ( in the editor ) there seems to be no way of quitting the game. Is this intended? Am I missing something?

Is this in Play the game? ( play icon )
If you are fullscreen and have no toolbar available, then you can use F9.

Or is it the editor player ( joypad icon )
Use Alt+F4 to exit the player. The game manager doesn't seem to respond in the player well yet.

Or is it exported.
Just press escape key to open the pause menu
