Nvidia/AMD

Hey,
when looking out for a new Graphics Card, does Skyline need Nvidia (for physics) or am I free to choose?
Is there a minimum of vram that you'd advise (apart from "the more the better")

We tend to go towards the Nvidia route as it always seems more compatible than AMD.
And your version of skyline's postFx has problems with AMD because of CG. However, postFX in the new renderer are currently non existant and when added, will use hlsl and glsl allowing compatibility with both brands of cards. Fingers crossed

I am using the AMD R7 260x....I haven't found any show stopping problems...

From recent knowledge, Nvidia Drivers are a pita to manage for rendering engines whereas AMD are open to engaging with developers. It is all in the air now and i think either route is ok.
