OK so I was talking to tattie last night and I started a new FPS arms and some tools last night.
The arms will be rigged but not animated so you can do your own animations etc..
The arms will come in none textured, basic (no clothes) and clothed, as said above will be rigged and there will be none rigged version as well.
This will enable people to make there own and have a starting point in making there own fps arms, to this end the tools at the moment are using the same handle so that when putting a bone on it to attach to a hand a learner can get the same place every time and because I am lazy lol... well what do you expect for free..
not only that you can edit them yourself in your favorite 3d modeling app to how you want them. 
The Tools that I have made so far include:
Lump hammer
Stone axe
Steel axe
I will make some more tools when I get chance and then post them up to the asset store..
Just another project on the todo list for the white board lol..
I should have something up soon..
